Empowering Women with Skills & Options for Safety
Techniques take natural reactions and develop them into effective safety skills, providing women and teens with options to protect themselves.
Classes are open to the public, and offer a series of interactive 90-minute sessions including safety conversation, explanation and demonstration of techniques, and drills with and without padded targets. Both new material and reinforcement of essential skills will be covered in each class.

This 4 class seminar will be held Fridays from 630pm-8pm.
Dates in this series: 3/28, 4/4, 4/11, 4/18.
No previous training or aptitude required!
Classes are designed to accommodate all abilities.
Open to women and teens age 14+.
Class location: Shedrick's Martial Arts, 12 Blake St, Swanton, VT 05488.
Tuition for this 4 week course is $220.
